From October 2024 salary details will be included in the contribution file upload so you don't need to update salary details individually.
You will only need to ensure that the correct payment frequency of monthly or weekly is recorded on the employee record. If you need to update this then:
Select the Account Login option at the top right hand corner of the screen.
Enter your username and password in the Existing Users section.
Select Manage employees or menu option View > Employees at the top of the screen.
Search for the employee, click the Edit button to the right of their name, then click Edit Selected.
Select the Pension Details tab and then click Salary Change. On the next page click Go.
Enter the normal gross salary for the payment frequency selected (only weekly or monthly can be selected) and the date from which the change was effective.
When complete click OK.
The employee record will now have been updated with the new payment frequency.
Please email the scheme if you change the payment frequency for an employee as the GLA value will need to be updated, otherwise the contribution values will not upload correctly
