New ‘Workplace Pensions Toolkit’ for employers

The Department of Work & Pensions has launched a free toolkit to help employers feel more confident when talking to employees about their workplace pension.

The toolkit contains:

  • a letter to businesses explaining the contents of the pack, the business benefits to them of supporting employee financial wellbeing and some Q&As that might help them answer staff questions
  • two letters businesses can tailor to send to staff
  • a leaflet with links to where they can get more information
  • a poster
  • a newsletter/intranet article
