Since 2012, 7 million workers have been auto–enrolled across the UK workforce. Workers Pension Trust is the auto–enrolment solution for Northern Ireland with currently 30,000 members. During 2017 another 400,000 plus employers are expected to comply with auto–enrolment. However, figures from the Institute of Fiscal Studies (December 2016), show that auto-enrolment has increased pension saving by £2.5 billion. Workers Pension Trust Ltd welcomes the opportunity to build on the success of auto–enrolment to date and bring retirement savings to thousands more individuals.
