Employers must register with The Pensions Regulator no later than five months after their staging date to confirm that they have an automatic enrolment scheme in place. Failure to register on time may result in enforcement action for non-compliance.

The Pensions Regulator has provided a helpful checklist which shows you all of the information you will need to complete your Declaration.
You will be asked whether you are using a personal pension scheme or an occupational pension scheme. Workers Pension Trust is an occupational pension scheme.
You will also be asked for your Employer Pension Scheme Reference (EPSR), this is your account number with the Scheme. This number is provided on your My Profile page on your online account.
You will need the Pension Scheme Registration (PSR) number for Workers Pension as part of Cushon Master Trust. It is 12008536.
