How do I change an employee’s address?

Select the Account Login option at the top right hand corner of the screen.

Enter your username and password in the Existing Users section.

Select View and amend existing employees or Manage Employees.

Search for the employee, click the Edit button to the right of their name and then click Edit Selected. The Employee record will then be displayed.

On the Employee tab click Modify.

Enter the House Number and Postcode and click Search (UK addresses only).

Select the correct address from the list provided and click Use Selected.

If the address is not found using the Search facility, you can enter the details manually into the address fields.

When complete click OK.

The address should now be updated.

NB You will see a tick box for Incorrect Address in the Address Details section. If this is ticked when you are updating the employee’s address, please untick it.
