How do I apply to join the Scheme?

Click on Apply Online on any page of the website.

Complete the information fields requested.  You will need to have the following information to hand:

  • Employer address
  • Employer PAYE Reference Number
  • Companies House Registration Number (if a limited company)
  • Staging date
  • Postponement date (if using postponement)
  • Date first contribution will be collected
  • Contribution percentages
  • Main contact details
  • Contact details for the online user
  • Contact details for your accountant or payroll bureau (if delegating access to your account)

When you have completed the online form, click Submit.

The main contact will receive an email to acknowledge receipt of the online application along with a Employer Declaration form and Direct Debit Mandate for completion and return to the Scheme. On receipt of these forms your account will be activated and you will receive an email listing the next steps.
